We are a small family business from West Fargo, ND!

Ten years ago, we decided to try and mix our own breading for fish for when we had friends over. My husband has always been big into fishing (and still is!) and we have always enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes, so this seemed like a good challenge for us. After much of trial and error (any many taste tests!), we finally had our recipe. As we hosted more fish frys’ with our newfound recipe, we started to receive comments of how we think about trying to market it. At first it seemed like a crazy idea, but in the fall of 2022 we decided to jump in and give it a try!  

In 2023, Grandpa Don’s Seasonings was born! We use my father in law’s name as he cannot be with us to share in this adventure, but we remember him as one of the best fishing buddies we could have ever asked for. Grandpa Don’s Seasonings is a small business built by an outdoor-loving family with the goal of making your catch taste the very best.
